Maj. Rodney Rhoades, 21st TSC senior enlisted adviser, along with their respective staffs, salute the colors during the playing of the German and American national anthems March 5 on Panzer Kaserne. O’Connor and Antoni met to sign a partnership memorandum between the 21st TSC and the Bundeswehr Logistics Command. This was the first formal renewal of this partnership in more than 19 years.
