English: 21 and 23 Park Street, Towcester 21 on the left is the Old Mint House, built of limestone in the early 17C but altered in the 19C and 20C. 23 is also 17C, but was refronted in ironstone ashlar c.1840. The doorway has Doric pilasters supporting the pediment. |
