Description
Deutsch: Offenburg 2024, Nordweststadt. Blick über die Englerstraße nach Norden in den überdachten Werkhof der Firma Stahlbau Müller, auf dem sich früher das Materiallager für die Rohstahlprofile befand. Die Stahlträger des Portalkrans überspannen auch heute noch einen Teil jenseits des Werksgeländes, da hier bis in die 1980er Jahre die städtische Industriebahn ihre Gleise hatte, und Eisenbahnwaggons direkt be- oder entladen werden konnten. Auch führte ein Stichgleis, von der Eckenerstraße kommend, in einer Linkskurve durch den Werkhof, um diesen wieder an der rechten Seite (zu erkennen an dem Ausschnitt in der Wellblechwand) in Richtung Norden zu verlassen, und die Straße 'Am Holderstock' zu überqueren. Dort endete das Gleis auf dem Gelände der Firma Hobart.
