Português: Janeiro Branco: especialistas destacam ações de cuidado e prevenção com a saúde mental Saúde Mental de uma pessoa está relacionada à forma como ela reage às exigências da vida e como lida com os seus desejos, capacidades, ambições, ideias e emoções. No Brasil, a campanha do Janeiro Branco foi idealizada em 2013 por um grupo de psicólogos mineiros, como uma proposta de abrangência geral no universo da saúde, no comportamento emocional e nas relações interpessoais, para intensificar a promoção da saúde mental. O projeto de Lei nº 116/2017 de autoria do deputado Requião Filho (PT), transformado na Lei estadual nº 19.430/2018, que instituiu o Janeiro Branco com o objetivo de trazer, para o plano normativo, a questão da saúde mental a ser priorizada, debatida e estruturada pelas políticas públicas do estado do Paraná em um momento em que as taxas de depressão, ansiedade e suicídio têm crescido de forma exponencial em todo mundo.
