1月17日 張淑玲處長出席橫濱台灣同鄉會新年會
會長余玉隆、名譽會長鄭尊仁、僑務委員洪益芬、日本橫濱台灣商會會長林隆裕及橫濱台灣同鄉會理監事等約50人與會。

張處長致詞感謝該會1953年成立70年以來，歷屆會長及幹部長年致力培育華僑子弟、每當日本及我國發生災害時率先募款援助。並籲請余會長及與會貴賓續協助推動我國參加聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約(UNFCCC)等國際組織及CPTPP。
