Zwei Aufbauten auf großen unterirdischen Umspannstellen; eingeschossige Gebäude, sachliche Gestaltung mit expressionistischen Elementen (Farbe, scharfkantige Profile usw.), östlicher Bau noch durch Pfeilervorhalle akzentuiert, baugeschichtlich, ortsgeschichtlich und stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlich sowie künstlerisch bedeutend.
