English: On 31 August 2022, the Vice Commander, Philippine Air Force, MGEN ARTHUR M CORDURA PAF visited 15th Strike Wing.
He was welcomed by the Wing Commander, 15SSW, BGEN ARISTOTLE D GONZALEZ PAF along with the Members of the Wing Staff and Unit Commanders; and was accorded Arrival Honors. Following the Arrival Honors, MGEN CORDURA offered a Wreath at the Wing's Heroes Monument to pay due respect to our fallen Comrades. The Guest also had a chance to see the Computer-based Trainer (CBT) and the Basic Aircraft Training Device (BATD) for the A-29 Super Tucano at the 16th Attack Squadron Facility. He then proceeded to the 460th Aircraft Maintenance Group Hangar for the Talk to Troops. In his remarks, MGEN CORDURA expressed his gratitude to 15th Strike Wing and to everyone who was present during this special Day. Most importantly, he shared to everyone his Wisdom on Excellence, Leadership, and Gender and Development. His thoughts will greatly inspire every Trojan to be at his or her best. Lastly, the State of the Art and modern capabilities, which define 15SW as the leading Unit in providing surface strike capability, were presented to the guest through the Fire Power Capability Exhibit. |
