Description
Deutsch: Museale Präsentation im DDR-Museum Thale. Das Bild zeigt die Vorderseite das Verpackungskartons vom Bohrerschärfgerät ZBG 40/43 aus DDR Produktion. Hergestellt vom VEB Gelenkwellenwerk Stadtilm, Werk Gelenkwellenwerk Haldensleben. Ein Vorsatz / Zusatzgerät für Handbohrmaschinen, welches nach abnahme des Bohrfutters / Spannfutters vorn auf die Bormaschine aufgesetzt werden konnte und von ihr angetrieben wurde. Auf der Vorderseite des Schärfgerätes befinden sich Löcher in verschiedenen Durchmessern, welche die entsprechenden Bohrerdurchmesser fassen konnten. Im inneren befanden sich zwei gesinterte Steinschleifringe mit im Borerschliffwinkel angeschrägter Kante zueinander. Nachdem die Bormaschine eingeschaltet wurde, konnte der Bohrer eingeführt und mit der einen Hand insich leicht rotiert werden, um einen gleichmäßigen Schliff zu erhalten. Die Schleifsteine waren zum Austausch als Zubehör erhältlich. Bei diesem Gerät dürfte es sich sicherlich auch um einen Artikel der Konsumgüterproduktion handeln.
