| Description |
English: FloDesign-Ogin Diffuser Augemted Turbine prototype on 300th St. West in the Antelope Valley north of Hwy 138 and east of I-5 at the base of the Tehachapi Mountains. Rotor was turning when photos were taken. Anemometer mast nearby. It appears that the prototype abandons the lobed mixer-ejector feature that was the original hallmark of the technology. This turbine was first announced with much fanfare in 2008. One prototype was erected on Deer Island in Boston Harbor. |
