Description
Deutsch: Halbvilla; späthistoristischer Bruchsteinbau, teilweise Fachwerk. Das Haupthaus ( Villa ) aus dem Jahr 1904, die Fassade besteht an zwei Seiten aus Bruchstein mit Holzfachwerk und wurde 1976 in 4 Wohnungen und ein Büro aufgeteilt. Ein Teil des Dachgeschoss ist noch ausbaufähig, das Gebäude ist komplett unterkellert (1,90 Meter hoch ). Dieses Gebäude trägt als einziges in Bernkastel-Kues das Wappen der Freimaurer, hat einen Zwiebelturm und am Portal Säulen, es steht seit 2008 unter Denkmalschutz. Vom Turm hat man eine einmalige Aussicht auf die Burg und die Mosel. Das Grundstück hat eine Fläche von 1058 qm und ist voll bebaubar.
