The Council Education Resource Crew (CERC) - a joint program through the Payette National Forest and Council High School where students gain skills in natural resource management - and the Payette National Forest watershed restoration crew work to stabilize gullies on Council Mountain Trail 198 on the Payette National Forest. The supplies for this project were packed in on mules and brought in by the Krassel Helitack Crew.
