English: The Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) hosted participants of the 2019 Patent Innovation Entrepreneurship Rapid Research (PIERR) program at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland on Dec. 5. PIERR encourages high school and college students to apply their unique perspectives and find creative uses for patented NASA technologies. At the end of the program, the students presented their work to SPO staff and their mentor. This year, SPO collaborated with Netia McCray, founder of not-for-profit organization Mbadika, based in Boston, Massachusetts.
