Deutsch: 24.11.2019 01219 Dresden, Wiener Straße 124 (GMP: 51.029707,13.766992): Mehrfamilienhaus im Passivhausstandard mit Eigentumswohnungen auf dem Gelände einer früheren Gärtnerei. Projektentwickler Jens Bartels. [SAM1962.JPG]20191124100DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
English: November 24, 2019 01219 Dresden, Wiener Straße 124 (GMP: 51.029707,13.766992): Multi-family house built on the site of a former garden center to "passive house" standards. Project developer Jens Bartels. The building is equipped with heating, but this is hardly ever needed, even in winter. Passive houses have, among other things, a well-insulated building envelope, which here is 30 cm (11.8 in). The passive house process was developed in Switzerland. This concept has been built there for 30 years. View of the street side from the northeast. On the right in the picture is Wiener Straße 122. |
