Deutsch: 04.02.2019 01825 Liebstadt: Schloß Kuckuckstein (GMP: 50.863488,13.858282). Die Burg soll schon 930 unter Heinrich I. als Grenzfeste gegründet worden sein. 1410 erste urkundliche Erwähnung. Die Herrschaft Liebstadt war bis zur Mitte des 17. Jahr-hunderts in der Hand der Herren von Bünau. 1774 ersteigerte Hans Carl August von Carlowitz die Herrschaft Liebstadt. Unter seinem Sohn Carl Adolf von Carlowitz bekam das Schloß seine heutige Gestalt. Die Brüder Carlowitz machte das Schloß zum Hauptsitz der sächsischen Freimaurerloge. In der DDR Volkseigentum und für Wohnungen genutzt. 1954 wurde ein Museum eingerichtet. 2006 privatisiert, 2018 Eigentümerwechsel. Sicht von Westen. [SAM9268.JPG]20190204200DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
