Deutsch: 15.09.2018 01237 Dresden-Prohlis, Reicker Straße (GMP: 51.012971,13.792761): Die Vonovia (größtes Wohnungsunternehmen und Vermieter Deutschlands) errichtet hier Wohnbauten in sogenannter Modulbauweise. Die ausgefachten Stahlraumzellen liefert die Firma ALHO. Mit dieser schnellen und billigen Bauweise, ursprünglich entwickelt für Bürocontainer und Notunterkünfte, für die auch schon mal der beschönigende Begriff "Plattenbau 2.0" in den Medien auftaucht, will man die derzeitige Wohnungsnot beheben. Diese Wohnungsknappheit hatte man allerdings mit Beschluß des Dresdner Stadtrates von 2002, bis zum Jahre 2010 siebentausend Wohnungen abzureißen, selbst herbeigeführt. Für den Abriß von z.T. ganzen Plattenbau-Wohngebieten erhielt die international agierende Gagfah seinerzeit von der Stadt Dresden über 2 Millionen Euro Fördermittel. Im März 2015 wurde die Gagfah von der Deutschen Annington aufgekauft - die sich einen Monat später in Vonovia umbenannte. Hier im Bild Sicht von Osten aus der Reicker Straße.
