Description
Deutsch: Der Blick von der Schulbrücke auf das Ecke Wilhelmstraße-Friedenstraße gelegene Technische Rathaus der Stadtverwaltung. Das Gebäude, eine dreiflügelige, dreigeschossige Anlage mit Walmdach, wurde 1869 nach Plänen des Architekten Theodor Armbruster als zweigeschossige Mädchenschule erbaut. Die Aufstockung und der Anbau erfolgten 1890/91 durch die Architekten Friedrich Abel und Gustav Steinwarz d.Ä. Ein weiterer Anbau nach Osten wurde in der Zeit von 1910/11 hinzugefügt. Bis zur Jahrtausendwende beherbergte es die Anne-Frank-Schule.
