South Dakota students had an outstanding performance at the National Range, Land and Homesite Judging Competition held May 5, 2016 in Oklahoma City, OK. This is the best across all contest areas that South Dakota 4-H and FFA teams have done. The students are trained in South Dakota with assistance from the SDSU Extension Service, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, local conservation districts, and other partners.
