Description
Deutsch: 06.05.2016 Rosenthal (Ralbitz-Rosenthal): Katholische Wallfahrtskirche (GMP: 51.286706,14.226572). Eine erste hölzerne Kapelle ist seit Ende des 15. Jh. nachgewiesen. Nach wechselvoller Baugeschichte ließ die Äbtissin Klara Trautmann (1762-1782) die beiden vorhandenen Kapellen abtragen und 1776-1778 die heutige Wallfahrtskirche errichten. Westlich ist ein quadratisch dreigeschossiger Turm mit Haube und Laterne vorgelagert. Am 1. Mai 1945, brannte die Kirche nieder. Das Gnadenbild wurde gerettet. Gleich nach Kriegsende wurde mit dem Wiederaufbau begonnen, so daß sie bereits am 23.11.1947 wieder eingeweiht werden konnte. [SAM5548.JPG]20160506300DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
