Description
English: 150527-N-IU636-112 PEARL HARBOR (May 27, 2015) A joint-service color guard parades the colors during the joint U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) and U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) change of command ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. During the dual ceremony, Adm. Scott H. Swift relieved Harris as the PACFLT commander and Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr. assumed command of USPACOM from Adm. Samuel J. Locklear III.
