Description
English: Row houses located at 2015–2017 19th Street, N.W., in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1898 to the designs of architect Henry Simpson, the Queen Anne-style homes are designated as contributing properties to the Washington Height Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Former occupants of 2015 19th Street (right) include author and diplomat Samuel Greene Wheeler Benjamin. Former occupants of 2017 19th Street include U.S. Representative Don C. Edwards, Secretary of the Swiss Legation Dr. Charles Bruggmann, Judge Robert Hardison, and Major John T. French.
