Deutsch: 08.05.2015 15837 Baruth/Mark: Schloß Baruth. Das stattliche 3-geschossige Gebäude mit der Westfassade zur Straße hin (links) ist nur der spätere Anbau von Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Das eigentliche zweigeschossige Barockschloß (GMP: 52.051160,13.507530) mit Mansarddach, hier mittig im Bild, ist unscheinbar im Osten angebaut. Ganz rechts der Küchentrakt vom Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts. Nach Plänen von Peter Joseph Lenné aus dem Jahre 1838 ließ die Familie zu Solms einen Landschaftspark anlegen. Der Schloßpark umfasst eine Größe von 20 Hektar, ein Plan von O. Reder, die "Brouillon-Karte von dem Hochgräflich Baruther Schlossgarten" aus dem Jahre 1838 ist" erhalten geblieben.
