Description
Deutsch: 16.05.2013 01326 Dresden-Loschwitz, Schillerstraße: Schiller-Körner-Denkmal (GMP: 51.057700,13.813306). Das Denkmal wurde 1912/13 in die hohe Stützmauer gegenüber dem Schillerhäuschen eingelassen. In der Mitte zwischen zwei Steinfiguren floß einst Wasser. Architekt war Martin Pietzsch, Bilhauer war Oskar Rassau. Der Dichter Friedrich Schiller war hier zu Gast bei seinem Freund Christian Gottfried Körner. Das Denkmal erinnert an den Abschied 1801. Die zweite Szene zeigt den Abschied des Dichters Theodor Körner von seiner Familie 1813. Im Lützowschen Freikorps fiel er mit 22 Jahren gegen Napoleon. [SAM6481.JPG]20130516065DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
