English: Apartment building, former hotel, and bank building (1961-1963, Klein N.V.) in the Dutch city of Groningen.

Fan 1964 oant sa. 1978 wie op de ûnderferdjippings hotel-restaurant Helvetia fêstige. Dêrnei binne dy yn gebrûk kommen as filiaal fan de doetiidske Nederlandse Middenstandsbank (NMB, yn 1991 opgien yn de ING). Links in part fan de bioskoop Camera (1959-'60, Nic. de Jong en M. Gerbenzon, gem.mon. 104398).
Nederlands: Appartementencomplex/bedrijfsgebouw aan het Hereplein in Groningen. Het 33,5 meter hoge complex werd gebouwd in 1961-'63 naar een ontwerp van architectenbureau Klein N.V. en was bij de voltooiing het hoogste gebouw van de stad Groningen. Op de benedenverdiepingen was van 1964 tot ca. 1978 hotel-restaurant Helvetia gevestigd. Daarna werden die in gebruik genomen als filiaal van de toenmalige Nederlandse Middenstandsbank (NMB, in 1991 opgegaan in de ING).
