中文（臺灣）：臺灣鐵路管理局瑞芳車站大廳售票處，設置售票口與自動售票機。另外，第二月台也設有售票處，主要是方便遊客直接在第二月台購買平溪線車票，不過是否能夠購買西部幹線與東部幹線的對號車票就不是很確定了。此外，可能不少人都知道平溪線與內灣線有一日周遊券，其實北海岸的車站也有一日周遊券（瑞芳至頭城）可以在這裡購買。 |
