Description
Deutsch: 07.09.2012 01705 Freital-Wurgwitz: Rittergut Wurgwitz (GMP: 51.027377,13.624859), Zöllmener Straße 40 / Am Weinberg 8. Der Geheime Sekretär Christian Reichbrodt (1613-1660), der für Kurfürst Johann Georg I. (1585-1656) den Schriftverkehr geführt hatte, wurde als Freiherr von Schrenkendorf in den Adelsstand erhoben. 1651 kaufte er von der Familie von Schleinitz das Rittergut Wurgwitz, dessen Geschichte bis in das frühe 13. Jahrhundert zurückreicht. 1801 kaufte der Kohlegrubenbesitzer Christian Gottlieb Brendel das Rittergut.
