Deutsch: 22.04.2012 01326 Dresden-Wachwitz: Königliche Villa, Wachwitzer Weinberg 1 (GMP: 51.044543,13.827927). 1892/93 wurde die "Königliche Villa" im Stil des Historismus (Neorenaissance) nach Plänen des Baumeisters Wilhelm Teichgräber errichtet. Der letzte sächsische König, Friedrich August III. lebte hier bis zum Regierungsantritt 1904. Bis 1997 wurde sie als Institut für Lehrerbildung genutzt. Das Ensemble Schloß Wachwitz einschließlich königliche Villa wurde 2007 für knapp 10 Millionen Euro an einen privaten Investor verkauft. Geplant sind Wohnungen, Ateliers und gehobene Seniorenwohnanlagen. Die Außenanlagen sollen öffentlich zugänglich bleiben (z.B. der Rhododendrogarten). Ansicht Nordseite.
