Description
Deutsch: 20.03.2012 04687 Altenhain (Trebsen/Mulde): Rittergut und Herrenhaus sind heute in getrenntem Besitz. Der Rittergutshof wurde in den 1990er Jahren an einen Tischler verkauft. Das abgebildete nördliche Wirtschaftsgebäude hat die Anschrift Zum Rittergut 2 (GMP: 51.291575,12.701090). Das hier nicht im Bild befindliche Schloß begrenzt den Hof nach Osten und hat die Anschrift Neuweißenborner Straße 20 (GMP: 51.291231,12.701428). Seit dem 15. Jahrhundert war Altenhain ein Herrensitz der Familie Große. Ab 1742 folgten mehrfache Besitzerwechsel und das Gut gelante an Friedrich Wilhelm Kabitzsch. Dieser ließ 1858/59 nach Plänen von Oskar Mothes das Herrenhaus errichten. Victor Kabitzsch verkaufte den Hof 1931 an Dietrich von Gontard, der mit der Bodenreform seinen Besitz verlor. In der DDR-Zeit nutze man das Herrenhaus als Kindergarten, Turnhalle und LPG-Verwaltung. In den 1970er Jahren wohnten hier bis 1982 sowjetische Offiziersfamilien. Danach stand das Haus leer. 1996 hat der der Diplom-Restaurator Thomas Lauth das Herrenhaus gekauft und schrittweise restauriert. [DSCNn3392.TIF]20120320675DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
