Description
Deutsch: 16.03.2012 09648 Ehrenberg (Kriebstein), Lochmühlenstraße, Areal 1-11: Rittergut und Schloß Ehrenberg, hier die Schloßruine (GMP: 51.040965,13.021683). 1563 errichtete Christoph von Carlowitz ein Schloß in Renaissanceformen mit einem Turm an der westlichen Giebelseite. 1697 ging das Rittergut an die Familie von Einsiedel über und wurde später an die Familie Sahrer von Sahr vererbt. Alfred Georg Sahrer von Sahr beauftragte 1874 das Dresdner Architekturbüro Adam & Haenel mit einer grundlegenden Neugestaltung der Anlage. Bruno Adam und Oswald Haenel überformten den Bau von 1563 im Neorenaissancestil. Nach der Enteignung im Oktober 1945 wurden im Schloß Flüchtlings- und Neubauernfamilien untergebracht. Das Ende zeichnete sich bereits im Januar 1945 ab, als der Schloßturm, dessen Gründung nach Regenfällen ins Rutschen gekommen war, zusammenstürzte. Am 28. Februar 1948 wurde Abbruch des Schlosses bis auf die beiden unteren Geschosse angeordnet. 2000 gründete der Aktionskünstler Pier Luigi Furlan den Förderkreis Centro Arte Monte Onore - zu Deutsch "Kulturzentrum Ehrenberg".
