Accession: 2012-58-4 Uniform, Rating Badge, Master Chief Petty Officer of The Navy.

Rating badge for MCPON Delbert Black. The first MCPON in the U.S. Navy who served from 13th January 1967 until the 1st of April 1971. This is the most senior enlisted rank in the US Navy. www.navy.mil/mcpon/index.asp
