Deutsch: 18.04.2011 04758 Borna (Liebschützberg): Dorfkirche (GMP: 51.313887,13.185100). Die Außenwände des Kirchenschiffes sind romanischen Ursprungs. Der Chor in Breite des Kirchsaals wurde nach 1605 angebaut. Die Emporen im flach gedeckten Kirchenschiff stammen von 1769. Der Altar ist zugleich ein Grabdenkmal. Er wurde 1606 zum Gedenken an Innocentius von Starschedel (1543-1605), Rittergutsbesitzer in Borna, gestiftet und unter Einfluss des Dresdner Hofkünstlers Giovanni Maria Nosseni (1544-1620) wohl von einer Dresdner Bildhauerwerkstatt geschaffen. Der Aufbau setzte sich aus verschiedenfarbigen Steinsorten zusammen (Sandstein,Marmor, Serpentinit, Alabaster). Das Alabasterrelief in der Mitte zeigt das Abendmahl, darüber folgt die Himmelfahrt. In den seitlichen Nischen stehen die Personifikationen von Glaube und Hoffnung. Dietrich von Schleinitz auf Bornitz stiftete die ebenfalls reich verzierte Sandsteintaufe. Die Kanzel wurde wohl aus dem Vorgängerbau übernommen. Der Kanzelkorb, gefertigt um 1550, zeigt den zwölfjährigen Jesus im Tempel. [DSCNn2271&2273.TIF]20110418125MDR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
