Description
English: A Roman gold finger-ring of simple form, with plain slender hoop (slightly distorted) and expanded oval bezel (worn) incised with the image of a Genius to right with cornucopia.

Date: probably 1st century AD.

Dimensions: width 21.2 mm. Internal 18.4 x 16.8 mm. Bezel width 6.6 mm.

Weight: 4.4 g.

In age and precious metal content the object qualifies as Treasure under the terms of the 1996 Treasure Act.
