Deutsch: 19.04.2010 04720 Döbeln: Jacobikirche (GMP: 51.121627,13.106512). Erbaut 1903/04 nach einem Entwurf von Stadtbaumeister Otto Richter. Aufgrund von Bauschäden stellte man 1982 die Gottesdienste ein. Im Mai 1997 wurde die renovierte Kirche wieder eingeweiht. Das Kirchenschiff wurde durch eine Trennwand verkleinert. Heute wird die Jacobikirche vielseitig genutzt. Die abgeteilte Orgelempore dienst als Abstellkammer. Hier verbirgt sich noch heute die alte Orgel, ein Werk der Rochlitzer Orgelbaufirma Alfred Schmeisser von 1906.
