| Description |
English: Built in 2021, this Contemporary mixed-use building was designed by LOHA as part of the City Modern development that has revitalized the formerly decayed Brush Park district with a variety of new housing types. The building features a black brick facade with patterned brickwork at the northern end of each section of the building, windows with black trim, ground-floor storefronts, and a stair-stepping facade along John R Street that gets shorter and recedes from the street towards the south, helping it not overwhelm the adjacent historic buildings. The building is one of many contemporary structures in Brush Park that feature bold architecture, yet show deference to the remaining historic structures. |
