Deutsch: 01.06.2009 01219 Dresden, Großer Garten: Marmorskulptur: "Die Zeit enthüllt die Wahrheit" von Antonio Carradini (1720). Hier, vor ihrer Restaurierung und Neuaufstellung im April 2019, steht sie seit 1832 noch etwas verborgen zwischen Palaisteich und Carolasee. Die Plastik zeigt, wie die Zeit (ein bärtiger älterer Mann) der nackten Wahrheit (eine schöne junge Frau) den verhüllenden Schleier vom Gesicht zieht. Die Skulptur hat in der Vergangenheit mehrmals den Ort gewechselt. Friedrich August II. habe sie zunächst im Garten des Japanischen Palais aufstellen lassen. 1730 sei sie in den Großen Garten versetzt worden. Wohin genau ist unbekannt.
