2008 T518 Post Medieval finger ring
Description
English: Post Medieval silver finger ring fragment. Circular bezel with incised 'P' (or stylised bird head) with heart below, surrounded by a boarder of petals. Weight 2.49 grams. The bezel has a diameter of 12.28mm, and is 1.7mm thick. The shoulders are semi-circular in cross section.

Silver finger-ring fragment. Bezel and shoulders remaining. The ring has a circular bezel with a flat course engraving of a stylised bird's head and heart in the centre of flower petals

The shoulders of the finger-ring are stylised.

Probably 17th century in date.
