Description
Deutsch: 24.10.2008 01445 Radebeul-Niederlößnitz, Am Jacobstein 40: Haus Fliegenwedel (GMP: 51.114381,13.620836). 1675 ließ der Landrentmeister Sebastian Rothe ein Weinberghaus errichten. Die Fachwerkkonstruktion ist noch heute vorhanden, allerdings verputzt. 1738 gelangte der Besitz an den Dresdner Hofböttchermeister Jacob Krause. Dieser ließ das Wohnhaus um 1740 in der heutigen Form umbauen. Das Weinberghaus war ein Sommerhaus. 1799 kaufte Christian Friedrich Freiherr von Gregory, der Besitzer von Wackerbarths Ruhe, den benachbarten Fliegenwedel. 1808 ging der Grundbesitz an August von Wackerbarth über. Das Weinberghaus Fliegenwedel hatte im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert ständig wechselnde Eigentümer. Nachdem 1978 der letzte Besitzer und Bewohner Erich Müller verstorben war, stand das Haus leer. Dass der Fliegenwedel erhalten blieb, ist dem Radebeuler Architekten Werner Hößelbarth zu verdanken, der das baufällige Anwesen 1984 übernahm und bis 1995 denkmalgerecht sanierte.
