Deutsch: 23.10.2008 01445 Radebeul: Villa Lange, Weinbergstraße 32/32a (GMP: 51.110909,13.670162). Das herrschaftliches Landhaus, das sich Richard Lange 1908/1910 errichten ließ, war der Wohnsitz des Uhrmachers und Industriellen Richard Lange. Das mitsamt Einfriedung unter Denkmalschutz stehende Anwesen besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Baukörpern, dem neu erstellten herrschaftlichen Landhaus links (Weinbergstraße 32) und dem Nebengebäude rechts direkt an der Straße (Weinbergstraße 32a), das aus dem Umbau eines bestehenden Weinbergshauses aus dem 18. Jahrhundert entstand. Den ausgeführten Entwurf der Villa, der am 2. Juni 1909 genehmigt wurde, erstellte der Architekt der Baufirma Gebrüder Ziller, Max Steinmetz. Im Hintergrund das Spitzhaus.
