Wilder Mann, das 1680-1934 das Gebiet Döbelner Straße 108-116 umfaßte. 1680 hatte der Dresdner Bürgermeister Philipp Strobel mit seinem Weinberg das bis 1934 bestehende Weingut Wilder Mann begründet. Als die Reblaus Ende der 1880er Jahre auch die Pflanzungen am Wilden Mann befiel, kam der bis dahin wirtschaftlich bedeutende Weinbau zum Erliegen. Der Name "Wilder Mann" ist urkundlich belegt. Der in der Gunst August des Starken (1670 - 1733) stehende Lüder Hildebrand, bis zu seinem Tode 1734 Eigentümer des zweihundert Jahre später abgerissenen Weingutes an der Döbelner Straße, hatte am Ausschank ein "Gastzeichen" mit der Abbildung eines wilden Mannes befestigt. Dies findet zumindest in einer am 7. Mai 1710 ausgestellten Urkunde Erwähnung. Am Haus Döbelner Straße 110 ist eine Gedenktafel an das ehemalige Weingut. Ein altes Foto vom noch bestehenden Weingutsgebäude um 1930 zeigt ein schlichtes, langgestrecktes, barockes Haus mit zwei Geschossen, Fensterläden, mittigem schlichten Eingangsportal, einem Walmdach mit zweigeschossigen Fledermausgaupen.
