Description
Deutsch: 13.09.2008 01454 Seifersdorf (Wachau): Die alte Niedermühle (GMP: 51.155871,13.874862) im Seifersdorfer Tal an der Großen Röder, ehemals eine Papierfabrik, verfällt seit Jahren. Sicht von der Röderbrücke im Nordwesten. Laut Feststellungsentwurf der Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe Stadtbahn Dresden 2020 vom 22.09.2020 soll die Niedermühle als Ersatzmaßnahme für das Vorhaben Stadtbahn 2020 - Teilabschnitt 1.2 - Nossener Brücke/Nürnberger Straße, abgerissen und die Fläche dadurch entsiegelt werden.
