Description
Deutsch: 28.04.2008 02747 Ruppersdorf (Herrnhut), Untere Dorfstraße 56 (GMP: 51.006284,14.742311: Das alte Wasserschloß Niederruppersdorf brannte 1687 und evtl. nochmals 1752 ab. Herr von Nostitz ließ das Haus 1752 nach Plänen von Andreas Hüningen wieder aufbauen. 1930 verkaufte Hans von Treba das Schloß an die Stadt Löbau. 1938-1945 wurde das Schloß vom "Bund Deutscher Osten" als Grenzlandschule geführt. 1945 bis 1947 wohnten hier Umsiedler. Seit 1948 wurde die Anlage Landkreis Löbau-Zittau als Kinderheim genutzt. Heute Heim "Jugend mit einer Mission Herrnhut Strategic Frontiers Herrnhut". Sicht von Südwesten.
