1891-1894 für den Dramatiker Franz von Schönthan Edler von Pernwald im Stil der Neorenaissance erbaut. Schönthan verfaßte zusammen mit seinem Bruder Paul Schönthan u.a. das Stück "Raub der Sabinerinnen". Später beherbergte das Anwesen das königlich niederländische Generalkonsulat.
