Description
Deutsch: 04.11.2007 04697 Trebsen/Mulde, Thomas-Münzer-Gasse: Gutsverwalterhaus (GMP: 51.291017,12.756240) des Rittergutes Trebsen neben dem Schloß. Das südwestlich der Burg gelegene ehemalige Rittergut wird von dieser durch einen Wassergraben getrennt. Er ist ein Teil der ehemaligen Anlage der Wasserburg. Den Graben überspannt eine historische Brücke zwischen Rittergut und Schloß. Das Rittergut Trebsen war eines der größten in Sachsen. Die Grundherrschaft umfasste die beiden Kleinstädte Trebsen und Nerchau sowie sieben Dörfer. 1925 bewirtschaftete der Landwirtschaftsbetrieb eine Fläche von 1038 Hektar, davon 400 Hektar Ackerland. Die Erben Heinrichs von Zimmermann, verheiratet mit Maria Freiin von Seckendorff-Gudent, wurden 1945 durch die Bodenreform enteignet. 1952 erfolgte die Gründung der LPG "Albert Kuntz" und die Übernahme der Neubauernflächen des Ritterguts. Heute hat hier das "Mitteldeutsches Zentrum für Handwerk und Denkmalpflege" seinen Sitz. [DSCN30847.TIF]20071104105DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
