Deutsch: 13.09.2007 01309 Dresden-Johannstadt, Reinickstraße 10 (GMP: 51.044099,13.773164): Mietvilla in offener Bebauung, 1903. Vom Jugendstil geprägtes Gebäude. Für Entwurf und Ausführung zeichnete der Bauunternehmer Carl August Eichler verantwortlich, der das Haus bald nach der Fertigstellung an Christina Cornelia Clara Menzel, Ehefrau des Bauunternehmer Robert Menzel, verkaufte.
