Description
Deutsch: 24.08.2007 01157 Dresden-Briesnitz, Am Kirchberg: Briesnitzer Kirche (GMP: 51.062293,13.672511). Die Geschichte der Briesnitzer Kirche reicht bis ins 11. Jahrhundert zurück. Das Gotteshaus an der alten Meißner Landstraße gilt als älteste linkselbische Kirche Dresdens. Sie soll um das Jahr 1260 entstanden sein. Die heutige neugotische Form stammt vom Umbau 1881/82 nach Plänen des Architekten Baurat Gotthilf Ludwig Möckel. Epitaph am Turm, Nordseite. [DSCN29021.TIF]20070824101DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
