Deutsch: 27.07.2007 01309 Dresden-Johannstadt: Mietshaus-Villa Stresemannplatz 3 (GMP: 51.043224,13.772773). Das 1906 am damaligen Walderseeplatz errichtete Mietshaus gehörte dem Bauunternehmer Carl August Eichler und wird auch als Walderseeschlößchen bezeichnet. Das stattliche Gebäudezeigt im Entree und Treppenhaus eine komplette Jugendstilfassung. Über den ornamental gemusterten Sockeln der beiden Seitenwände folgen jeweils drei Wandfelder, von denen die mittleren frontal dargestellte Allegorien enthalten. Es handelt sich um Frauengestalten mit aufgeschlagenen Flügeln. Die linke Allegorie hält einen eingerollten Bauplan, während die kleine Engelsfigur, die in der erhobenen Hand erscheint, die Siegesgöttin Viktoria darstellt. Die Frauengestalt symbolisiert die Baukunst, was man an Dreieck und Zirkel im unteren Schmuckfeld erkennen kann.
