Description
Deutsch: 07.07.2007 01737 Grillenburg (Tharandt): Jagdschloß (GMP: 50.951499,13.505757), heutige Form von 1855. 1165/1175 entsteht die Markgräfliche Jagdpfalz "Tarantum" des Kaisers Friedrich Barbarossa inmitten von 4 Stauteichen. 1429/1430 Zerstörung der Gebäude bis auf die Grundmauern. 1554-1558 wird auf Befehl von "Vater" August die Jagdhausanlage "Grüllenburgk" auf älteren Grundmauern als Jagd-, Forst-, und Amtssitz errichtet. Der sächsische Kurfürst "Vater" August wollte sich hier auf der Jagd seine Grillen (Sorgen) vertreiben. 1855 wurde das Verwaltungsgebäude (Schösserei), nach dem Abriß der anderen Gebäude, deren Material zum Neubau des Gasthofes diente, nach Plänen von Landbaukondukteur Rothe, zum königlichen Jagdschloß umgebaut. 1936 erfolgte die Rekonstruktion als Sächsischer Jägerhof und ab 1966 die Nutzung als Forstliche und Jagdkundliche Lehrschau der TU Dresden. 2004 übernahm es die Sächsische Landesstiftung Natur und Umwelt und richtete ein Museum ein.
