Description
Deutsch: 28.03.2007 01662 Meißen: Zur "Rote Presse" (Dresdner Straße 346) in der Weinbergslage Meißner Kapitelberg gehört des Winzerhäuschen "Schwalbennest" (GMP: 51.139114,13.511665). Um 1640 besitzt ein Herr Paulsen den Weinberg mit einer dazugehörigen Presse. 1653 verkauft Friedrich Vogt, Uhmacher in Meißen, den Weinberg an den kurfürstlichen Rat Paul Crummius. 1682 erwirbt H. Sigmund Gerlach den Weinberg und erbaut 1703 das unten gelegenen große Winzer- und Preßhaus "Rote Presse, das 1898 villenartig umgebaut wird. 1906 erwibrt der Meißner Fabrikant Langelütje das Grundstück. Der Weinberg wird 1918 durch Major Freude modern erneuert. Heute wird das Gelände durch die Winzergenossenschaft Meißen bewirtschaftet, die es verpachtet hat.
