Deutsch: 26.03.2007 01129 Dresden-Trachenberge, Döbelner Straße 130: Ehemaliges Gasthaus "Wilder Mann" (GMP: 51.096643,13.719665). Der Dresdner Bürgermeister Philipp Strobel (1643-1702) begründete 1680 hier am östlich Steilhang sein Weingut in Trachenberge. Im Jahr 1791 wird das Gut als Wildemann erwähnt. Johanna Rosine Starcke, ab 1764
verheiratete von Zittwitz, erwarb 1762 das Weingut Wilder Mann und das Schankrecht. Sie verlegte den Ausschank in ein weiter westlich gelegenes, kleines hölzernes Weinberghaus (heute Döbelner Straße 130), was schließlich am 19. Juli 1773 durch den sächsischen Kurfürsten Friedrich August III. genehmigt wurde. Als Ausflugsgaststätte "Wilder Mann" wurde das Haus Döbelner Straße 130 im Jahre 1773 eröffnet und gab dem Stadteil ihren Namen. Sie blieb auch nach Einstellung des Weinbaues 1883 ein Ausflugslokal. Nach 1945 zog die Kreisparteischule der SED in das Fachwerkhaus. Der Sender Dresden bekam den Bau ab 1969 als Fernsehstudio. Der MDR nutzte es von 1991 bis 1999. Ab Mitte März 2007 wird das Objekt entkernt und anschließend saniert. Es entstehen eine Apotheke und mehrere Arztpraxen. Die Lewerenz-Bau GmbH Mühlsen (bei Zwickau, Geschäftsführer Dirk Weise) hat das Objekt gekauft. Auf dem zum historischen Gebäude gehörenden Gelände wurde 2007 eine Aldi-Markthalle errichtet, Richtfest war Mitte September 2007. [DSCN21555.TIF]20070326095DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
