Description
Deutsch: 09.03.2007 01324 Dresden-Weißer Hirsch, Bautzner Landstraße 15 (GMP: 51.063579,13.822956): Wohn- und Geschäftshaus. Architekt Ferdinand Schaeffer, Inhaber der Baufirma F. Richard Schaeffer und Sohn, stellte am 11. Juli 1903 den Antrag, auf dem Grundstück ein dreigeschossiges Eckhaus zu errichten. Der Entwurf wurde genehmigt, doch als der Architekt am 24. November 1903 einen Änderungsantrag einreichte, der eine Gestaltung in Jugendstilformen vorsah, widersprachen die Behörden. Nach einem Jahr erhielt der Architekt dann doch die Genehmigung zur Ausführung des Hauses, das im August 1905 fertig war. [DSCN21293.TIF]20070309215DR(c)Blobelt
