Deutsch: 09.03.2007 01324 Dresden-Weißer Hirsch, Bautzner Landstraße: Parkhotel mit der Kakadu-Bar (GMP: 51.062935,13.821503). 1863 gründete Theodor Lehnert auf der nördlichen Seite der Bautzner Landstraße den Gasthof "Zum Weißen Hirsch". Um 1910 wurde das Gebäude wieder abgerissen. 1911/12 erfolgte an gleicher Stelle ein Neubau, der 1914 als Hotel eröffnet wurde. 1919 übernahm die Kurhaus- und Parkhotel GmbH Weißer Hirsch unter Familie Bettenhausen den Komplex und führte ihn bis 1945. Ab 1945 nutzte die Rote Armee das Parkhotel, gab es jedoch 1949 wieder an die früheren Besitzer zurück. In den 1970er Jahren wurde der Hotelbetrieb von der HO übernommen. Das Parkhotel Weißer Hirsch bestand bis 1990 als Hotel und Gaststätte und war durch seine 1952 eröffnete Kakadu-Bar bekannt. 1992 erhielten die Alteigentümer das Gebäude zurück. Die wiederaufnahme des Hotelbetriebes scheiterte aber nach erfolgter Sanierung. Einzelne Räume werden als Läden vermietet. 2001 wurde mit der Rekonstruktuion des Ballsaales begonnen.
